Authorities are always keeping a check and balance on different developmental projects and other schemes across Pakistan. Due to enhancing public interests some of the housing societies and other enterprises have run advertisement campaigns without having any NOC (No Objection Certificate). A total of 140 housing societies are recorded to be having no NOC while running marketing campaigns which solely against the policies highlighted by the MCI (Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad). The capital city administrators have no call for legal actions against any individual or enterprise that has no NOC for a construction project but running Marketing or Advertisement Campaigns by any means.

Facts & Figures about Developmental Projects, 2022

There are about 24 housing schemes that have a layout plan (LOP) having no NOC (No Objection Certificate).  In these mega-projects, 6 housing projects had their NOC (No Objection Certificate) canceled by the CDA (Capital Development Authority).

Looking into the rest about 10 of these housing schemes have the layout plan (LOP) canceled and others having either NOC or LOP canceled by the CDA (CapitalDevelopment Authority). To keep the capital area sustainable and greener the authorities are keeping a hard hand over these construction companies. Without having legal complications there are no politics involved as all the facts and figures are clearly visible and understood.

All these housing projects are working on improvement of their legal standings making it able to be processed by the state authorities.  While this order is valid for more than 2 months afterward it would be decided to hold it any further or abolish it.
